Membership in the Smartsheet Overachievers group begins on the cohort’s announcement date and is valid for two years.

A maximum of 25 customers are active in the program at a time. Each year, half the class graduates to our Alumni program, and new members are inducted.
We do not currently have a publicly-visible points tracker.
Membership requirements
Members of the Smartsheet Overachievers program will be selected every two years. A maximum of 25 customers will be invited into the program and serve as an Overachiever for two years.
Customers must participate in at least one of the Smartsheet programs to be eligible and be a member of the Smartsheet Community. If eligible, you can submit an application, including a few short paragraphs telling us what makes you a Smartsheet Overachiever.
Members will be selected by the Smartsheet executive leadership team based on their participation across the programs outlined in the Overachievers Point System, as well as the contents of the submitted application.

As further detailed in the Smartsheet Customer Overachiever Program Agreement, customers must participate in a series of approved activities to be eligible to apply for the Smartsheet Overachievers program.
Each activity will be worth a set number of points, which may support your application.

Overachievers puts customers on a pedestal and makes us feel like celebrities.
Overachiever meetups were the highlight of every month.
