Overachievers are active both on the Community platform and in the community at large. Each activity below is worth points via badges earned during a predefined period of time, and may support your annual Overachiever application.

Note: To be eligible to be a Smartsheet Overachiever, you must be a Community member.

Community Champions are Community members who demonstrate product expertise and generosity in sharing best practices and support with others on the platform.

Early Adopter Program member

150 Points

The Early Adopter Program (EAP) enables customers to test the newest features from Smartsheet before they are generally released. Features in the program are just about production ready, but may need some extra validation and stress testing before general release. As such, customer testing and feedback is highly valued, but never directly solicited.

Mobilizer Program member

150 Points

The Mobilizer Program equips Smartsheet power users with the resources they need to effectively share Smartsheet across their organizations, with their peers, and with business and IT leadership.

This badge is given after attending a user group, an participating in connecting with others, learning best practices, and brainstorming topics for future user group events.

These webinars are hosted by the Smartsheet Customer Success team and provides professional knowledge and growth opportunities.

These badges are automatically distributed to Community members who meet the product usage criteria.

Automagican

100 Points

The Smartsheet Automagician badge is awarded to the top 5% of automation users. Automagicians save at least an hour or more a day- all with the magic of Smartsheet automation.

Superstar

100 Points

The Smartsheet Superstar badge recognizes customers who not only create time-saving solutions with workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards, but also spread the gift of Smartsheet across their organization.

Synergizer

100 Points

The Synergizer status is reached when members have brought together their teammates in Smartsheet, unlocking the potential of their organization's solutions.

Community Participation

Fully Charged

25 Points

The Fully Charged badge is awarded to Community members once they've finished a checklist of activities that will help them learn and utilize the platform for maximum connection and exploration.

Work with Flow

10 Points

The Work with Flow badge is given to Community members who share their powerful stories of how they power their flow with Smartsheet - where even complex, high-stakes project become clear, manageable, and surprisingly simple.

Use Cases

5 Points

The five Use Cases badges are earned when Community members participate and engage in the Use Cases Topic. These badges include Financial Services, Project Management Office (PMO), IT Portfolio Management, Services Delivery, and AI Adopter.
