Kara Swisher is an American journalist renowned for her sharp coverage of Silicon Valley and the business of technology since the early 1990s. She co-founded Recode and helped launch the All Things Digital conference, which featured iconic interviews with tech leaders like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. She currently hosts the podcast On with Kara Swisher and co-hosts Pivot with Scott Galloway. Swisher has written for The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, and is a contributing editor at New York Magazine.

Cat and her team own global ground infrastructure for Project Kuiper, Amazon’s low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite broadband network, where she has worked since 2020. Her organization owns the development and operations of the infrastructure for the hundreds of ground gateways, as well as Tracking, Telemetry and Control (TT&C) sites, needed to power Project Kuiper’s connectivity services. Cat joined Project Kuiper from Amazon Web Services. Prior to Amazon, she worked for almost 20 years in enterprise technology management, including as chief information security officer for an international biotech firm.

Pedro is a project management professional with 10+ years of experience leading technology portfolios and building high-performing teams. As Senior Director of IT PMO & Governance at NCLH, he focuses on driving execution through strong frameworks and collaboration. Pedro is also a Smartsheet Product Advisory Council member, passionate about connecting strategy to outcomes.

Cintia Vincze is a Project Manager of Operations at PALFINGER with nearly three years of experience leading operational initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FOM Munich and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Cintia's background spans sales, key account management, and project management, giving her a strong foundation in driving process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Shawn Achor is a world-renowned expert on the connection between happiness and success. A New York Times bestselling author of The Happiness Advantage and Big Potential, he spent 12 years at Harvard before traveling to over 50 countries to research how to create an interconnected approach to potential. He has since worked with over a third of the Fortune 100 companies, as well as organizations like NASA and the Pentagon, to apply his research.

Nick Foster is a designer and writer based in Oakland, California. He’s worked with Apple, Google, Nokia, Sony, and Dyson, and is a leading figure in Futures Design. In 2021, he was named a Royal Designer for Industry, the UK’s highest honor for designers. Foster shares his ideas globally through essays, books, talks, and lectures. He earned his master’s from London’s Royal College of Art in 2001 and became a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 2018. He’s lived in the U.S. since 2012 with his wife, Jayne.
