A guide to Smartsheet's terminology.

Account Information	As defined in Smartsheet's User Agreement.
Anonymized	The process of encrypting or erasing key identifiers which connect an individual’s identity to stored data.
Controller	As defined in Smartsheet's Data Processing Addendum.
Customer Content	As defined in Smartsheet's User Agreement.
Custom Audiences	A personalized list of user attributes that our advertising partners use as part of a targeted advertising strategy.
Legal Basis	The six lawful grounds established by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in order to process Personal Data. These include: consent; contractual obligations; legal obligations; vital interests; public interests; legitimate interests.
Online Services	As defined in Smartsheet's User Agreement.
Personal Data (aka Personal Information)	As defined in Smartsheet's Data Processing Addendum.
Process	As defined in Smartsheet's Data Processing Addendum.
Processor	As defined in Smartsheet's Data Processing Addendum.
Sensitive Personal Data	As defined under respective U.S. states (such as the CCPA); includes social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, state identification cards, passport numbers, your precise geo-location, racial or ethnic origins, religious or philosophical beliefs, union memberships, the contents of your mail and email (unless Smartsheet is the intended recipient of that content), or genetic data.
Site	As defined in Smartsheet's User Agreement.
Subprocessor	As defined in Smartsheet's Data Processing Addendum.
System Data	As defined in Smartsheet's User Agreement.
