Automated Project Intake with Streamlined Data Transfer and Approval Process

This solution simplifies the project intake workflow by using automated, pre-filled forms to pull only essential data from a master sheet. It streamlines data management, reduces redundant information, and accelerates decision-making. Approvals and prioritizations are seamlessly managed, directing each request to the appropriate stage and ensuring a clear, organized process for stakeholders.
The intake process begins with a centralized project request form, which collects essential details and feeds them into a master sheet. This setup lays the foundation for organized request tracking and seamless data flow.
Using a Dynamic View within a dashboard, approvers can review, prioritize, or archive project requests. Requests are categorized as "Prioritized" or "Unprioritized" based on approval status, helping the team focus on high-impact projects. Only prioritized requests move forward to the concept development stage, while others are archived automatically.
As projects move from Concept Development to the Project Overview stage, an automatically generated pre-filled form transfers only essential data. This pre-filled form minimizes redundant fields, ensuring that only necessary information is carried forward. Users can review the pre-filled fields and update them directly in the form if needed, streamlining the data-handling process while maintaining flexibility and enhancing accuracy.
Approved projects advance to the Project Overview, ready for strategic planning and execution. Rejected or completed projects are sent to an archive, ensuring a clutter-free workspace and enabling efficient data management.
