How to get it:
Copilot Chat: Admins add the Smartsheet MCP connector to an agent in Copilot Studio, choose which tools it can use, and publish it to the organization. Users then select the agent in Copilot Chat. Requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license with Copilot Studio access. Smartsheet Business, Enterprise, and Advanced Work Management plans.
Copilot Cowork: No admin setup needed. Connect the Smartsheet plugin in Cowork and start a new task. Cowork stages critical updates for your review before applying them. Requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license with Cowork. Smartsheet Business and Enterprise plans, US only for now.
Both connectors are enabled by default in Smartsheet Admin Center.
