Save time and accelerate visibility with Image-to-Cell. Attached images are automatically posted into designated columns in your sheet so they can be used in Board view, reports, dashboards, PDFs, and automations. With up to 10 columns for images, you can map them based on name, or use 'replace' mode to update images when new ones are submitted. Using Smarthub®, you're in control. Set up as many configurations as you wish using the self-service interface. Combine with Bulk Attach to Rows to create inventories in minutes, not days!
Once attached to a row, images are automatically posted to cells so they can be used in all your other Smartsheet views.
Set up configurations on sheets when and where you want. Once set up, they run automatically on any new attachments.
You can map up to 10 columns for images to post to and decide if they are added, replace prior images or map to specific columns.
Images with specific names can be mapped to specific columns using 'Contains' in the 'Name Map' setting.
