EAP gives Smartsheet champions like you exclusive, early access to some of our newest features before they are released to the public.
There are two types of membership enrollment: Individual or All-Organization. Simply apply to become an EAP member, and we’ll let you know if you qualify.

The new AI tools in Smartsheet are very useful for answering questions during a presentation or a meeting. Sometimes the answer exists within a report, dashboard, or summary sheet but it is not practical to go and look for it. The new tools provide insight into my data so I can quickly answer questions about a sheet.
It’s one less thing to worry about, the color scheme and style of the dashboard. I love it, the themes make the dashboard look so professional and visually appealing. Thank you!
What are the requirements to be accepted?
You must be a licensed user on an Business, Enterprise, or Premier Plan
Apply using the primary email (typically your work email address) associated with your Smartsheet license
Not using an ISP email domain
The EAP is available to licensed users on the following plans:
- Commercial U.S. (Default Smartsheet plan)
- Smartsheet Regions EU
- Smartsheet Regions AU
The EAP is currently not available to users on Smartsheet Gov plans.
