Launch 10 Features

Up to 10 hours with a Smartsheet solution expert to identify key tasks and activities, and work towards the completion of identified tasks/activities within a 10 hour timeframe.

Common examples of Launch 10 activities include Smartsheet supporting its customers in:

  • Developing individual sheets, reports, and/or dashboards
  • Optimizing existing sheets, reports, dashboards, or formulas
  • Developing or refining Smartsheet workflow automations
  • Providing knowledge transfer and advising on best practices tailored toward your specific needs

Launch 10 Process

  • Discuss the scope of your purchased package, gather requirements, prioritize and align on desired outcomes, and schedule meetings based on a delivery timeline.
  • A Launch 10 is typically performed over 1-2 weeks. Customers should come prepared with examples, notes, or relevant documentation in order to maximize the benefit of the Launch 10 offering.
  • Launch 10 is a specific limit of time and is not deliverables based. Smartsheet will work with you, the customer, to make the most of your time together with our solution experts.

Limitations: All work performed by Smartsheet Professional Services will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement governing your use of and access to the Smartsheet Service (the “Agreement”).  The Launch 10 package expires 90 days after purchase.  All 10 hours purchased under the package must be utilized during that 90-day period.  No refund will be provided for unused hours.

All work, including meetings, object and automation development, refinement, review, email communication, and other administrative work, are billed against the package hours.

Exclusions: Setup or configuration of Smartsheet Advance security and governance capabilities, refinement of live/existing SCC solutions and other complex solutions, SSO or API integrations. Solutions do not include rolling metrics (e.g. month-over-month, etc), resource management or time-tracking. The Launch 10 package may not be used for professional services related to the setup, operation, or maintenance of connectors or integrations to or from Smartsheet. No Services provided by Smartsheet under a Launch 10 package will be considered work made for hire and outside of what is set forth in the Agreement, Smartsheet makes no representation or warranty with respect to any deliverable, its functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
