Customer Advisory Board
Senior executives from enterprise companies who advise on strategy, go-to-market, and work management trends and forecasts.
Federal Advisory Board
Retired federal agency executives advising on the Federal Government sector.
Product Advisory Councils
Regional councils advising on project and portfolio management solutions and roadmap. Three regional councils include the US Product Advisory Council, EMEA Product Advisory Council, and APJ Product Advisory Council.
IT Product Advisory Council
IT leaders providing feedback and input on administration and governance features.

Leaders from small and midsize businesses advising on project and portfolio management features and roadmap.

Council members are nominated by their Smartsheet account teams and undergo a formal internal review.
With the exception of our Federal Advisory Board and Customer Advisory Board, all council members serve a term of 24 months and are asked to join a combination of in-person and virtual meetings three to four times per year.
Each council has a team of Smartsheet executives across product, design, and UX who participate in council meetings based on the council’s area of focus.
Smartsheet has 7 customer councils! New councils are created based on customer and market needs.
