Work Insights has been deprecated — Analyze Data is the path forward & is now available!

What's changing: Work Insights — the Enterprise reporting feature in the sheet right rail (column snapshots, cross tabs, time series, and burndown charts) — has been deprecated. Analyze Data, our AI-powered analytics experience, is the direct replacement: generate charts and metrics from natural-language prompts and add them to dashboards in one click.

Why: ~90% of Work Insights use cases are already covered by Analyze Data, where our analytics investment is going — Work Insights carried a high dedicated-infrastructure cost against low usage.

What customers should know:

• Data is safe — only the Work Insights tool is affected. Sheets, dashboards, and reports are untouched; nothing is deleted.
• One known gap — historical / past-date analysis isn't yet supported in Analyze Data; it's on the roadmap.
• AI-disabled orgs — Analyze Data requires AI enabled at the org level; account teams can help customers explore turning it on.
