User Merge on the Seat Type & True Up page, now available!

System Administrators can now consolidate two user accounts into one directly from the Seat Type & True Up page. Admins explicitly choose which account is primary, and all sheets, reports, dashboards, and workspace permissions transfer from the secondary account (the merged user keeps the higher permission level of the two). The update also fixes bugs that previously caused assets to disappear or the wrong account to be set as primary, targeting a 95% asset-transfer success rate. Bulk merges and cross-org/cross-plan merges are out of scope.
