Users can now initiate structured approval workflows on images, PDFs and videos, helping streamline and manage content creation and reviews directly in Smartsheet. Learn more.

• By initiating an approval request on a file, users can add/edit approvers, select a due date and view a summary of votes.
• Approvers can add comments when requiring changes, make annotations, discuss their feedback with each other, and modify their approval votes.
• Versioning allows users to track historic progress and ensure everyone is working on the latest file.
• Once approved, files will display a green checkmark in gallery view as a visual indicator of the approved status.
