Deactivate/Reactivate users from the Seat Types page, now available!

System administrators can now deactivate, reactivate, remove, and revoke access to users directly from the Seat Types page — no more switching to a separate User Roles page. Each row's action menu shows only the actions valid for that user (including users added by sharing), and a new Status column shows Active, Deactivated, Pending, or Declined, with a countdown of days left in the 30-day reactivation window. All existing rules (the 30-day reactivation window and primary-contact protection) are unchanged.
