In an ongoing effort to improve the scalability of Brandfolder for all of our users, we have deprecated the Jira and Rapid Connect integrations for Brandfolder and will no longer provide any customer support for these integrations as of March 26, 2025. Rapid Connect and Jira have been removed from the Brandfolder integration list and are no longer able to be sold or installed.
Jira Connector FAQ
- Current users will still be able to utilize the Jira connector for Brandfolder, but we are no longer providing any support for this integration.
- The Jira Connector is no longer able to be downloaded by any new Brandfolder user and all help documentation has been removed from our website.
Rapid Connect Integration FAQ
- There are currently zero users for Rapid Connect integration, so this will have little impact on any current or future Brandfolder users.
- All references to Rapid Connect have been removed from our website and is no longer able to be installed by any user.
