Samantha is a proven catalyst for results. As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, she was the driving force behind the success of our first-ever Singapore Summit, personally arranging everything from the venue and speakers to customer, partner, and internal coordination, which resulted in 220 attendees and built a strong sales pipeline for the coming quarters. During the same trip, Samantha also coordinated two successful “Smartsheet Day” events in the Philippines, bringing in over 300 attendees in total. Her dedication to these events has been crucial in establishing our presence in these regions, and exemplify our “Make it happen” value.

Demmy, a Commercial Account Executive, consistently demonstrates extraordinary resilience and perseverance, truly embodying our “Push past limits” value. Alexis is this quarter’s winner for “Own the outcome,” and his work speaks for itself. As a Value Strategist, Alexis consistently delivers remarkable results by focusing on the customer experience and ensuring a positive return on investment. His hard work is evident in the tailored content he curates to speak to each customer’s unique situation. Driven by genuine curiosity, his approach to deeply understanding a customer’s specific use case and pain points has made him a trusted partner, and he consistently sets a high standard to support both customers and his team.

I genuinely look forward to our collaboration, because I know something great will always come of it. Innovative and consistently positive, Kelsey happily tackles new challenges daily. A Senior Talent Development Partner, Kelsey is all about providing employees with the tools they need to drive their own achievements. Showcasing her innovation, she took the initiative to leverage AI to create compelling training programs and developed educational scenario activities for leaders to hone their management skills. Kelsey is everyone’s advocate, truly embodying our “Champion every success” value.
