Cynthia Tee serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Smartsheet, where she spearheads the development of the company's innovative products and establishes the technological frameworks for agile delivery.
With over 25 years of experience at renowned companies like Microsoft, Nordstrom, and Schlumberger, Cynthia has a proven track record of driving technological excellence and leading high-performing teams.
A passionate advocate for community involvement, Cynthia has held numerous board memberships with Seattle-area nonprofit organizations and previously served as the CEO of Ada. She holds a master's degree in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Cynthia resides in the Seattle area with her two kids, and enjoys teaching aerial acrobatics.
