Before AI, becoming an advanced formula user meant memorizing functions and mastering syntax. Now that AI writes complex formulas from plain-language prompts, advanced users stand apart by knowing how to describe their goals, which functions to request intentionally, and how to fix what AI can't see. We'll cover prompting AI for formulas, explore functions worth requesting by name (MOD, VALUE, COLLECT, HAS, INDEX, MATCH), and troubleshoot beyond syntax issues. You'll leave able to build a final formula faster with fewer errors, and create efficient operations through smarter automation.

Now a Senior Technical Trainer, she leads product onboarding and upskilling for new hires and internal teams through engaging, hands-on, practical sessions that empower them to become product experts. She loves diving into complex formulas, tricky automations, or full-scale solutions.
