Consuelo Mercader is a Principal Consultant in Smartsheet Professional Services with nearly a decade of experience delivering enterprise solutions for the world's largest Fortune 100 companies. She now leads how Professional Services delivers with AI, and has built the savings models and readiness workshops behind it, work that grew out of a simple question: why do AI time savings so often disappear before they reach the bottom line? She specializes in solution architecture, technical design, and complex project delivery, and has led a consulting team across the West region. A four-time Customer Excellence Award winner, Consuelo has earned the Value award twice and the Expertise and Product Reality awards once each. Based in Seattle, she can usually be found walking her mini Aussiedoodle, Grizz, or finding the best restaurant in whatever city she's in.
