Adam Lang is the Lead Product Marketer for the healthcare vertical at Smartsheet, where he leverages strategic marketing insights to deliver high-impact solutions for the industry. Outside of work, he runs a non-profit organization he founded to drive awareness and implement life-saving interventions against sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). Adam lives in Seattle with his wife, two kids, and his wheaten terrier. He spends his free time coaching soccer, playing golf, and is always on the hunt for a new healthcare podcast to listen to.

Manager of HR Applications

I am the Manager of HR Applications at Memorial Health, where my team supports Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Workday. We began using Smartsheet in 2021 to develop our Project Management toolkit and have since helped scale the platform across dozens of business units, including the PMO, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain. By combining thoughtful solution design with automation, I help teams streamline processes, strengthen collaboration, and break down organizational silos. I am a proud Smartsheet Overachiever alumnus and have previously presented at Smartsheet ENGAGE and a Chicago Smartsheet User Group. I’m passionate about eliminating manual work and empowering others to build solutions that make their work simpler, faster, and more effective.

I am a Systems Analyst at Memorial Health, where I work extensively with Smartsheet to support, maintain, and develop solutions that help our teams work more efficiently. I have been with Memorial Health for five years and stepped into my current role about a year and a half ago, joining an already robust and thriving Smartsheet environment. Since taking on this role, I have become a Smartsheet Certified Builder and have pursued every opportunity I can to expand my knowledge of the platform. I am a Smartsheet Champion and have reached the Leaders rank in the Smartsheet Community, where I especially enjoy engaging with unanswered questions, participating in Questions of the Month, and learning from other Smartsheet users. In addition to maintaining and supporting our existing solutions, I have had the opportunity to design and develop new projects for Memorial staff and partners that simplify processes, improve collaboration, and turn ideas into practical solutions. I am passionate about continuing to push what we can accomplish with Smartsheet and finding new ways to make work easier, smarter, and more effective for the people we serve. I have also had the privilege of learning from my manager and Smartsheet colleague, Sam Mueller, whose experience and mentorship have played an important role in my growth.
