Kendra Michaels is a Large Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Smartsheet, where she has spent over six years partnering with global organizations to design and scale enterprise solutions that drive measurable impact. With a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Kansas and certifications including a PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, she is recognized for her expertise in solution architecture and platform strategy. Outside of work, Kendra is a nationally ranked competitive ballroom dancer and a proud cat mom to Watson, her three-legged sidekick.

Senior Enterprise PMO Leader
Derick Gerloff is the Senior Manager of Enterprise PMO at Paylocity, Smartsheet Platform Owner, and a transformation leader with 25+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale business and technology initiatives. He led Paylocity's migration from Monday.com to Smartsheet, enabling governance, automation, portfolio reporting, and AI-powered solutions at scale. Derick studied Executive Leadership at Cornell University and AI for Business Applications at The University of Texas and holds PMP, CCMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma certifications.
