Leading through Transformation: Women & Gender Minorities in Tech Luncheon

Now in its fourth year at ENGAGE, this luncheon has become a cornerstone of the conference experience for women and gender minorities in tech. 

This year, we're building on that tradition by connecting our community around one of the most relevant topics right now: leading through transformation. Attendees will hear from Smartsheet leaders who are navigating change; and leave with honest perspectives, new connections, and inspiration they can actually take back to their teams. Through a moderated panel, guided table conversations, and a hands-on charitable activity, this luncheon is a chance to step away from the conference floor, find your people, and be reminded of what's possible. 

While this event highlights the experiences of women and gender minorities, it also emphasizes the importance of allyship and welcomes all who want to build and support inclusive communities
