Pratima Arora
Chief Product Officer
Pratima Arora is an accomplished product and technology executive with deep experience leading global teams and scaling high-impact products. Most recently, she served as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Chainalysis, where she led the end-to-end R&D organization and helped shape the company’s position as a leader in blockchain data and compliance. Pratima is a board member at DigitalOcean (NYSE: DOCN), where she has provided strategic product and technology guidance for over three years. Previously, she was General Manager and Vice President of Confluence at Atlassian, where she was responsible for one of the company’s highest-revenue products. Prior to that, she led product strategy and go-to-market for Sales Cloud at Salesforce, driving key initiatives in AI/ML, mobile, and user experience transformation. Known for her ability to translate customer needs into scalable, intuitive solutions, Pratima combines deep technical expertise with sharp business acumen. She is a strong advocate for cognitive diversity and women in technology and brings a growth-oriented, mission-driven approach to leadership. She holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Computer Science, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Gaurav Agarwal

Gaurav is a product and technology business leader experienced in building, scaling and operating software products and platforms. Prior to Smartsheet, Gaurav held product leadership and general management roles at Twilio, Splunk, Microsoft, and growth startups. Gaurav is new to Smartsheet, and is focused on helping customers plan and execute at scale across their enterprise.
Justin Cravalho

Justin Cravalho is dedicated to delivering world-class user experiences across large-scale, enterprise platforms. In his role as VP of Product Design at Smartsheet, he guides design strategy across User Experience, content, accessibility, and design systems. He focuses on turning complexity into clarity through thoughtful, human-centered design.
Olen Ronning
Senior Director, Product Management
Olen Ronning is a product leader who blends a background in product design and computer science with a passion for solving complex problems. Olen helped shape product visions for global brands at Artefact before joining 10,000ft, a resource management SaaS startup later acquired by Smartsheet. Olen led the modernization of core sheet views while introducing AI-powered features like formulas, text, and summaries, and is now leading new investments in AI at Smartsheet.
