In this role Andrew leads the Infosys Consulting Global Quality Assurance and Program Management Centers of Excellence. Andrew has 38 years’ experience implementing digital software solutions across a broad range of industries, specializing in the design and program management of large, complex, multi-country implementations of enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. Andrew's main strength is his ability to collaborate with executives and their teams to define and execute large and complex business transformation programs, often with billion dollar budgets. In this capacity, he brings deep ""hands-on"" experience in business transformation enabled by ERP platforms, expertise in process improvement and organization design, the ability to lead multicultural and multi-vendor teams and his experience both as a consultant and as an executive in global corporations. Andrew is passionate about his team’s having fit for purpose, innovative and effective methods and tools to support program planning and execution.
