With project volume surging from high-volume data centre builds, the team replaced fragmented SAP, Snowflake, email, and manual tracking with a governed Control Center: automated project intake and provisioning, real-time dashboards, and a single source of truth for 250+ users, from PMs to executives.

As a Smartsheet System Administrator and PMO leader, he transformed fragmented systems and manual processes into a governed enterprise platform that streamlines project intake, standardizes project provisioning, and delivers executive level reporting. Today, the platform supports more than 750 active users and over 8,000 assets, including thousands of sheets, reports, and dashboards, driving greater visibility, consistency, and data driven decision making across some of Siemens’ most complex and fastest growing programs.
