Olen Ronning is a Senior Director of Product focusing on new views and AI. Olen is a seasoned product and design leader who blends a background in computer science and design with a knack for solving complex problems. Olen helped shape product visions for global brands at Artefact before joining 10,000ft, a SaaS startup solving resource management needs for businesses. After its acquisition by Smartsheet, Olen led the modernization of core views—launching Board, Timeline, and Table along with AI-powered features like formulas, text, and summaries, and now helping drive Smartsheet's vision for intelligent work management powered by AI.
Balbodh Chauhan
Senior Product Manager
Balbodh leads Smartsheet's Audit and Platform Services Team in the UK, where he is dedicated to guaranteeing platform reliability and world-class data security. His approach is shaped by nearly a decade of solving diverse customer problems at Amazon, McKinsey, and SLB, including financial automation for Prime Video and analytics for the energy sector. Outside of work, he enjoys badminton, learning the ukulele, and exploring new destinations.
