Andrei Veloso

Kia Ora! I am Andrei, a Project Coordinator and In-House Subject Matter Expert of Douglas Pharmaceuticals, New Zealand! I majored in Biomedical Sciences and Opthalmology in college and made a career change into project management upon joining Douglas in 2021. I started off as a Project Administrator, where my core function was to strengthen Smartsheet's presence and use in the company. My best achievement during this was implementing Control Centre and cut down my admin time down to 1 hour a week. And it was because of Smartsheet that I was also promoted to Project Coordinator in 2022. I’m an avid foodie always on the lookout, from the hole-in-the-walls or bougee fine dining; I'm out there big backing it. I am heavy into Korean Drama and Japanese Anime and Manga Comics. As General Manager – Programme Delivery at Douglas Pharmaceuticals, a New Zealand success story with a growing global presence, Michael leads the enterprise-wide programme delivery function, shaping the future of healthcare through investment portfolio planning, disciplined execution, talent development, and a focus on real-world impact.

Amy Yarrington

Sr. Solution Engineer, Large Enterprise

Amy Yarrington brings over 25 years of invaluable expertise in portfolio and project management, with a specialization in designing and overseeing PPM solutions. Notably, during her tenure at VF Corporation, she demonstrated her proficiency by implementing and administering Smartsheet as a customer and system admin in 2017. Amy joined the Smartsheet team in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager, where she excelled in driving client satisfaction and delivering successful outcomes. Her deep knowledge and understanding of the platform led her to transition into Solutions Engineering, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience to advise clients.

Adam Lang is a product marketer at Smartsheet, specializing in Resource Management. His expertise lies in crafting compelling content and launching features that excite users. A fan of golf, soccer, good coffee, and podcasts, Adam also runs a foundation dedicated to saving lives from sudden cardiac arrest.
