Andrei Veloso

Project Coordinator

Andrei Veloso is a Project Coordinator at Douglas Pharmaceuticals, where he also serves as the in-house Subject Matter Expert for Smartsheet. With a background in Biomedical Sciences and Ophthalmology, Andrei transitioned into project management in 2021. His notable achievement with Smartsheet in Douglas is through the successful implementation of Control Center and Dynamic View, which significantly streamlined project portfolio reporting and reduced administrative time with powerful automations. Outside of work, he’s a passionate foodie and an avid fan of Korean dramas, anime, and manga—always happy to connect over Smartsheet, food, or fandom.

Michael Ishak

General Manager- Programme Delivery

Michael Ishak is a passionate strategist and delivery leader with more than two decades of experience guiding organisations through growth, transformation, and innovation. As General Manager – Programme Delivery at Douglas Pharmaceuticals, a New Zealand success story with a growing global presence, Michael leads the enterprise-wide programme delivery function, shaping the future of healthcare through investment portfolio planning, disciplined execution, talent development, and a focus on real-world impact.

Amy Yarrington

Sr. Solution Engineer, Large Enterprise

Amy Yarrington brings over 25 years of invaluable expertise in portfolio and project management, with a specialization in designing and overseeing PPM solutions. Notably, during her tenure at VF Corporation, she demonstrated her proficiency by implementing and administering Smartsheet as a customer and system admin in 2017. Amy joined the Smartsheet team in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager, where she excelled in driving client satisfaction and delivering successful outcomes. Her deep knowledge and understanding of the platform led her to transition into Solutions Engineering, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience to advise clients.

Adam Lang

Product Marketing

Adam Lang is a product marketer at Smartsheet, specializing in Resource Management. His expertise lies in crafting compelling content and launching features that excite users. A fan of golf, soccer, good coffee, and podcasts, Adam also runs a foundation dedicated to saving lives from sudden cardiac arrest.
