In partnership with Smartsheet, that framework became an enterprise platform giving leadership a transparent, collaborative view of the digital portfolio — and visibility into performance, adoption, and realized benefits. Bryan Lewis is Senior Director of Portfolio, Program and Change Management for Nestlé Purina PetCare. He leads the teams responsible for enterprise portfolio governance, project delivery, change management, and digital enablement across Purina's digital transformation portfolio. Bryan has helped shape and deploy Purina's Enterprise Digital Portfolio Management capabilities as a connected platform for intake, governance, reporting, and portfolio visibility. His work focuses on creating the processes, data foundations, and organizational capabilities that enable informed decision-making, strategic prioritization, and AI-powered ways of working across the enterprise.
