Chief Executive Officer

Rajeev Singh is the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Smartsheet, an intelligent work management platform trusted by millions of people at companies across the globe, including over 85% of the Fortune 500. A proven technology leader and entrepreneur, Singh was the co-founder and President of Concur Technologies, where he helped build the company into the global leader in travel and expense management. In 2014, Concur was acquired by SAP for $8.3 billion—the largest SaaS acquisition at the time—setting a new standard for enterprise cloud valuations. Following his tenure at Concur, Singh served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Accolade, a pioneer in personalized healthcare navigation. Under his leadership, Accolade expanded its reach to more than 14 million members, transforming how employers deliver healthcare. He led the company to a successful IPO in 2020, and it was acquired by Transcarent in 2025. Singh currently serves on the boards of Basalt Health and Scala.ai, and has previously held board positions with high-growth enterprise technology companies including Amperity, Apptio, and Avalara, where he played a key role in their strategic expansion and public market success. In addition to his corporate work, Singh is deeply committed to community service. He has served on the boards of the Seattle Children’s Hospital Foundation and the University of Washington Foundation, supporting initiatives that drive meaningful impact in healthcare and education.

Director of Project Kuiper

Cat and her team own global ground infrastructure for Project Kuiper, Amazon’s low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite broadband network, where she has worked since 2020. Her organization owns the development and operations of the infrastructure for the hundreds of ground gateways, as well as Tracking, Telemetry and Control (TT&C) sites, needed to power Project Kuiper’s connectivity services. Cat joined Project Kuiper from Amazon Web Services. Prior to Amazon, she worked for almost 20 years in enterprise technology management, including as chief information security officer for an international biotech firm.

Chief Product Officer

Pratima Arora is an accomplished product and technology executive with deep experience leading global teams and scaling high-impact products. Most recently, she served as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Chainalysis, where she led the end-to-end R&D organization and helped shape the company’s position as a leader in blockchain data and compliance. Pratima is a board member at DigitalOcean (NYSE: DOCN), where she has provided strategic product and technology guidance for over three years. Previously, she was General Manager and Vice President of Confluence at Atlassian, where she was responsible for one of the company’s highest-revenue products. Prior to that, she led product strategy and go-to-market for Sales Cloud at Salesforce, driving key initiatives in AI/ML, mobile, and user experience transformation. Known for her ability to translate customer needs into scalable, intuitive solutions, Pratima combines deep technical expertise with sharp business acumen. She is a strong advocate for cognitive diversity and women in technology and brings a growth-oriented, mission-driven approach to leadership. She holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Computer Science, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Cynthia Tee serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Smartsheet, where she spearheads the development of the company's innovative products and establishes the technological frameworks for agile delivery. With over 25 years of experience at renowned companies like Microsoft, Nordstrom, and Schlumberger, Cynthia has a proven track record of driving technological excellence and leading high-performing teams. A passionate advocate for community involvement, Cynthia has held numerous board memberships with Seattle-area nonprofit organizations and previously served as the CEO of Ada. She holds a master's degree in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Cynthia resides in the Seattle area with her two kids, and enjoys teaching aerial acrobatics.
