Omnicom: Integrating AI as your Copilot in project management work

Wednesday, Nov 4 | 1:20PM - 5:00PM

Details

Modern enterprise project management faces a critical scaling trap: as work complexity and market reach grow, manual processes for data capture, RAID tracking, and status reporting quickly exceed the capacity of even the most skilled teams. This session explores how Omnicom bridges this gap by integrating frontier AI models with Smartsheet via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Attendees will see a practical way to incorporate Generative AI into their most complex workstreams to streamline the flow of information in and out while maintaining a strong 'human in the loop' decision making cycle.
