As the System Administrator and Smartsheet Subject Matter Expert for a large healthcare organization, Megan spearheads enterprise-wide process optimizations that balance efficiency, transparency, and security. Her work focuses on harnessing the full power of Smartsheet’s platform, particularly Dynamic View. Which enables holistic collaboration while preserving sensitive data access controls. Through Dynamic View, Megan ensures teams across the organization have secure, role-based access to real-time data without compromising data integrity. This has proven critical in fostering transparency across departments, eliminating manual handoffs, and empowering stakeholders with the insights they need, when they need them. Certified in Project Management (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Megan brings a structured, results-driven approach to every initiative. She regularly consults on licensing strategies, user adoption, and scalable system design to support continuous growth and innovation. He is highly skilled at managing teams, making data-driven decisions and maximizing efficiency. A Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Chad has a proven track record of managing global projects and driving process improvements. His expertise spans from technical account management to developing data analytics solutions. Chad received his MBA from the University of Utah and his BS from Ohio State. He resides in El Paso, TX.

Grant Miller is a Large Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Smartsheet, where he partners with the company's largest clients who are newest to their Smartsheet journey. Grant is passionate about optimizing client solutions in Smartsheet, creating new ones, and training clients on all the great things Smartsheet can do.
