Camille Null is a dedicated supporter of Heroes on the Water (HOW), where she currently serves as the Director of Volunteer Programs. With over 17 years of involvement, including 4 years on staff, Camille has made a significant impact by volunteering, consulting, and managing volunteer programs. Her passion for kayak fishing and its therapeutic benefits stems from her husband Scott, a retired Houston Police Department homicide detective. Camille’s commitment to HOW is driven by her belief in the organization’s mission to provide restorative experiences for veterans, first responders, and their families. She remains focused on building a strong and supportive community for participants, volunteers and their loved ones, ensuring the future of HOW continues to flourish.

Truong Mai is an experienced project manager with a strong focus on software implementation and workflow optimization. In his current role at The Task Force for Global Health (TFGH), he leads the adoption and implementation of Smartsheet solutions across 17 programs, streamlining processes and driving efficiency. Truong partners with cross-functional teams to design dashboards, automate workflows, and eliminate manual effort. With a background in technical project delivery, he has managed complex software implementations & initiatives that reduce redundancy and enhance productivity through automation. His work is driven by a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement through thoughtful, scalable technology solutions.

Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management

Diana St. Cyr, CRCR, is the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Advocates, bringing over 35 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and practice management. Her expertise spans behavioral health, pediatric specialties, and primary care, with a proven record of improving operational performance and strengthening financial outcomes across both outpatient and inpatient settings. As a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and certified medical coder since 2001, Diana combines technical proficiency with strategic leadership. She is known for her ability to identify inefficiencies, implement sustainable process improvements, and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to enhance both productivity and patient service. Before joining Advocates, Diana served as Coding Operations Manager and Revenue Cycle Manager for the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization, overseeing billing operations for 26 pediatric specialty practices across outpatient and inpatient departments. She also led a Professional Billing HCC (risk-adjusted coding) initiative focused on compliance, accuracy, and long-term performance improvement. Diana’s leadership philosophy centers on integrity, accountability, and a steadfast commitment to advancing excellence in healthcare finance and operations.
