Sara Williams is Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Smartsheet, where she leads the enterprise go-to-market strategy and partners with customers to drive growth and transformation. With over 15 years of experience scaling revenue organizations across high-growth SaaS companies, Sara brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams. Prior to Smartsheet, she held senior sales leadership roles at LinkedIn, DocuSign, and Demandbase. At LinkedIn, she built and led sales teams in Sydney before relocating to Seattle. At DocuSign, she served as VP of Sales for Financial Services, and at Demandbase, she guided the revenue organization through a period of rapid expansion. Sara is known for her people-first leadership style, rooted in authenticity, trust, and strong relationships. She’s passionate about helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes while empowering her teams with clarity, coaching, and support to thrive.

Jon has over 12 years’ experience in sports marketing, working within Omnicom Media Group (OMG) prior to joining McLaren Racing. During his time with OMG, Jon designed and executed global sports & entertainment marketing strategies for brands such as Renault, Vodafone, Volkswagen, HSBC, Johnnie Walker and Carlsberg. Most recently, he led OMG’s sports marketing business in Asia-Pacific. In his current role, Jon leads brand, marketing and commercial strategy for McLaren Racing. Over the past three years he has built McLaren’s long-term commercial growth plan, redefined McLaren Racing’s brand positioning, led the development and planning of McLaren’s Never Stop Racing campaign and the takeover of Trafalgar Square in London, implemented the largest fan segmentation in the sport, informed the refresh of McLaren Formula One’s hospitality and has helped bring on board partners such as Google, OKX, Mastercard, Monster Energy and DP World. Jon has also authored a book on the future impact of technology on sport; Merge Sport.
