Pratima Arora

Chief Product Officer

Pratima Arora is an accomplished product and technology executive with deep experience leading global teams and scaling high-impact products. Most recently, she served as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Chainalysis, where she led the end-to-end R&D organization and helped shape the company’s position as a leader in blockchain data and compliance. Pratima is a board member at DigitalOcean (NYSE: DOCN), where she has provided strategic product and technology guidance for over three years. Previously, she was General Manager and Vice President of Confluence at Atlassian, where she was responsible for one of the company’s highest-revenue products. Prior to that, she led product strategy and go-to-market for Sales Cloud at Salesforce, driving key initiatives in AI/ML, mobile, and user experience transformation. Known for her ability to translate customer needs into scalable, intuitive solutions, Pratima combines deep technical expertise with sharp business acumen. She is a strong advocate for cognitive diversity and women in technology and brings a growth-oriented, mission-driven approach to leadership. She holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Computer Science, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

A dedicated business leader and customer success executive, Stephanie Berner has cultivated an extensive background in account management, solution building, revenue generation, and global operations throughout her 20+ year career with innovative and industry leading companies, including serving as Senior Director of Global Customer Success with LinkedIn Sales Solutions from 2018 to present. Ms. Berner currently serves as a contributing member to a $1B+ business unit where she formulates successful operational strategies, leads a top-tier cross-functional team, and is the catalyst of innovative systems and processes to accelerate customer adoption and value delivery of premium service and software offerings. Ms. Berner held previous leadership roles spearheading customer success initiatives for a wide range of clients, from small businesses up to enterprise-level corporations, with such companies as Box, Inc., Medallia, Opower (now Oracle Utilities), and 3Degrees. Stephanie Berner earned her MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS from the University of California, Davis.

VP, Engineering

Arathi is an accomplished engineering leader with a distinguished career in software development and a deep background in computer science. As the Vice President of Engineering at Smartsheet, she brings over six years of experience and has worked on many parts of the platform, including both core experiences and premium apps. Arathi also previously worked at 10,000ft and Microsoft. She holds both a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, with a focus on algorithms for combinatorial optimization.

Sr. Director, Customer Advocacy & Engagement

Eliza leads the team that builds and fosters deep connections with customers, including customer advisory councils, Smartsheet’s mobilizer program, global customer storytelling, and reference desk. A 25 year marketing leader, she has held marketing, communications, and market research roles in tech and international development. Eliza is an advocate for recruiting women returning to the workforce after time off to raise a family. Eliza lives in Seattle, and enjoys recreating in the Pacific Northwest and is an alumna of the University of Washington.
