Kieran joined Smartsheet in March 2022 as a Strategic Solutions Engineer, within the EMEA Solution Engineering team, having been a Smartsheet customer for the previous seven years. Kieran is responsible for leading Discovery-focused conversations with customers to understand current state processes, challenges and pain points, before creating a demonstration of the future state using Smartsheet. Kieran is responsible for developing solutions across global brands such GSK, Nestle, Merck and KPMG to name but a few.Prior to joining the Smartsheet, Kieran held several Head of PMO and Senior Project Management roles within the advertising and marketing space, holding Practitioner certifications in both PRINCE2® and Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®). Kieran has seen first-hand the power of the Smartsheet platform and how it can be used to increase the efficiency and collaboration of project teams, improve visibility of portfolio performance, and enhance the management of risks, issues and budgets, for both internal teams and customers.
