My goal is for project managers to focus on the project work rather than the PPM tool.I have been a Smartsheet enthusiast since 2015. I Attended the first Engage in 2017 and was selected to speak in 2018. I was the featured speaker at the Boston Smartsheet Summit 2025 and will be returning as a speaker at Engage 2025. Over my career I have received several impactful promotions after implementing Smartsheet solutions.I started at UMass Memorial Health as a Portfolio Director in Information Services. After rolling out a Smartsheet solution to simplify and increase efficiency, I was promoted to my current position as the Director of the Information Services Project Management Office. I lead the Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance teams. I have a proven record of delivering solutions that drive process improvement to successfully bridge the gaps between users, processes and technology. My Smartsheet accomplishments have included a global project management solution for SeaChange International that reduced administrative data entry time by 25% and used automations to reduce redundancy and increase efficiency by 20%. At UMass Memorial Health our Smartsheet solution reduced administrative time by approximately 152 hours a week, reduced our financial month close from taking weeks to days, provided comprehensive metrics and provided a single place to review project, program and portfolio data.I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Florida where I graduated with honors. I hold a Gartner IS Project Management Certification, and I am a PMP Project Management Professional.
