Christoph Hoffmann is a Global Product Manager for Service & Connectivity at ZEISS Medical Technology, with more than 15 years of international experience leading complex business transformation, digital innovation, and cross-functional programs. Throughout his career at ZEISS, he has successfully driven global initiatives spanning product management, digital solutions, connectivity services, customer data platforms, and enterprise-wide process improvements. Christoph specializes in project and change management, bringing together global stakeholders across R&D, Service, IT, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and regional organizations to deliver scalable solutions and organizational adoption. He currently leads strategic programs focused on remote software deployment, connected device capabilities, cybersecurity readiness, and digital service workflows that improve operational efficiency and customer value. A passionate advocate for structured project execution, Christoph led the implementation of Smartsheet as a ZEISS MED-wide project management platform and co-authored the MED Project Management Handbook, helping establish standardized project management practices across the organization. His experience includes leading enterprise change initiatives, driving global product launches, implementing customer data platforms, and enabling successful adoption of new digital tools and processes across international teams. Christoph wrote his Ph.D. thesis in Intercultural Business Communications about knowledge management in global organizations and is certified in Google Project Management, Smartsheet, Pragmatic Product Management, and Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving & Decision Making. He combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence to translate business vision into measurable outcomes and sustainable organizational change.
